I’m a registered psychologist (MSc in Psychology) and psychotherapist specialized in work and organizational psychology. For over 25 years, I’ve supported leaders and experts across the Nordic countries in navigating demanding roles, complex decisions, and personal turning points.

I offer therapy and reflective dialogue for executives facing pressure, uncertainty, or inner blocks whether related to work, relationships, or the intersection of both. My approach combines psychological depth with strategic clarity, helping you reconnect with your direction, values, and capacity to lead.

Helping organizations, teams and individuals to unlock the potential and to drive individual and business performance. I offer executive coaching and therapy based on cognitive (CBT) and cognitive analytic (CAT) approach using various methods such as Commited Acceptance Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy. Therapy is offered in Swedish, English and Finnish.

 
 

At the organization level:

 

  • Creating  leadership model and making it come alive in everyday business as well as in key HR processes. Organizational culture and leadership should support the realisation of the vision and strategy. The leadership model describes leadership behaviors to which we want team leaders, line managers and the management team to commit in order for the strategy to be realised. The leadership model should be easy to understand, simple and measurable, and easy to deploy as part of the company's processes and line managers’ everyday work.

  


 

At THE Group level:

  • Development of management and executive teams to support the company's strategy and culture.

  • Teamwork development Effective teams build on awareness. Teams need to recognize their own strengthsas well as the dynamics, patterns, and potential obstacles that influence collaboration and performance. By identifying what supports or hinders smooth cooperation, teams can strengthen trust, clarify roles, and work more purposefully toward shared goals.

At the individual level:

  • Individual Coaching and Executive Coaching. Coaching is a goal-oriented and forward-looking development process. It requires a coachee’s own motivation for growth and development based on self-knowledge and self-direction.

  • Therapy for Business Leaders and Executives.

    Executive therapy is tailored for individuals in demanding leadership roles, providing focused guidance for work-related or combined work–life challenges. We offer support for stress management, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns.

  • Leadership training sessions such as creating high-performance culture, behavioural feedback and ensuring psychological safety
